These terms apply to purchases made through the Waterpros website and online store. Waterpros is the trading name used on this website.
Prices and GST
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout. We may correct a genuine pricing, description or availability error before accepting or dispatching an order.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase the selected goods. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. Payment must be authorised using an available checkout method. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.
Product selection and installation
Product images and descriptions are provided to help with selection, but colour, packaging and minor specifications may change. Irrigation products often require compatible pressure, flow, fittings, wiring or controller settings. Please confirm suitability before installation or ask Waterpros for assistance. Installation must follow the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable requirements.
Dispatch and delivery
In-stock orders generally dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination. Delivery, pickup, freight adjustments and returns are explained in our Shipping, Pickup & Returns policy.
Consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights. Website content is general information and does not replace project-specific professional advice.
